Cyara appoints Mitch Risner as Chief Revenue Officer

Revenue chief brings 20+ years’ sales experience strengthening Cyara’s global go-to-market leadership

Cyara, the leading AI-powered Customer Experience (CX) Assurance Platform provider, today announced the appointment of Mitch Risner as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). With this crucial appointment, Cyara strengthens its go-to-market capabilities fueling its continued growth and innovation.

With over 20 years of sales experience and over 15 years in sales leadership, Risner has a proven track record of success in building high-performing global enterprise sales organizations. In his role as CRO, Risner will concentrate on driving Cyara’s top-line growth through Cyara’s global sales and partner teams.

Mitch’s career in sales leadership commenced at SumTotal Systems, a Human Capital Management company supported by PE firm Vista Equity Partners, where he served as GVP, driving North American sales and facilitating the company’s transition to Charterhouse Capital Partners. His subsequent role as CRO at Limeade, an Employee Engagement company, saw him overseeing global revenue functions and playing a pivotal role in the company’s fivefold growth, successful management of multiple M&As, and eventual successful public listing.
